Space Drone AI 

The project was created as part of a university assessment that required students to understand an implement necessary swarm functionality along with more complex algorithms that replicated behaviours found in the wild. Past these basic functionalities, I was able to implement special boiding functions that made the drones form a sphere around any target while also keeping equidistant from each other and the target. The drones have a secondary phase past that of the collecting phase. In the project, The player can warp in and start attacking the mother ship. At this point the drones go from collecting to attacking using predictor/ prey behaviour. This means they will predict the path of the player and try and home in on them.
